What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the material. OEM jewelry starts at 50 pieces, gemstone dice and products at 100 pieces, metal products at 200 pieces, and acrylic products at 2,000 pieces. Samples and lower trial quantities are available before bulk production.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services including custom designs, branded packaging, laser engraving, and private label options.
What materials do you use?
We use natural gemstones including agate, quartz, fluorite, tiger eye, amethyst, obsidian, and many others. All materials are ethically sourced.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. For large orders, we typically require 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard orders: 7-15 business days. Custom/OEM orders: 15-30 business days depending on complexity and quantity.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export worldwide and regularly ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. Shipping costs and times vary by destination, and we provide the commercial documents needed for smooth customs clearance.
Are your gemstones genuine and natural, not synthetic?
Yes. Every product is cut from genuine natural gemstone — never synthetic, reconstituted, or glass imitation. Because the stone is natural, colour, banding, and inclusions vary from piece to piece. We can confirm the exact material for your order and provide a material declaration on request.
What are your prices at different quantities (100 / 300 / 500 / 1,000)?
Unit price is quoted per material and drops as quantity increases, with the biggest breaks typically starting around 300, 500, and 1,000 pieces. Send your target quantities in one inquiry and we will return a tiered quotation so you can compare several volumes side by side.
How do you protect my custom design?
Your artwork, logos, engravings, and moulds stay confidential and are used only for your orders — we never resell your custom designs or offer them to other buyers. Any tooling created for your project is reserved for you, and we are glad to sign an NDA before you share files.
